I am HHA certified with the state of California. I prefer to work one-on-one with a client but I am willing to work with multiple clients. I am looking for full-time employment. I have work with the following: dementia patient, hospice patients, one-on-one care and multiple clients. I am currently working with a dementia patient that needs the following care: Assist in grooming, bathing, and maintaining personal cleanliness (hair, nails, and oral care) provide good care to avoid bed sores Transfer client from bed to wheelchair, assist to dining room to eat meals daily One on One care daily from 5 am to 9 pm help with daily activities (washing clothes, making bed, change linens, light house cleaning Monitor necessary signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature Encouraged activities in line with the clients' needs and capabilities(daily exercise, bingo, trivia, and social gathering) Reported unexpected changes of the clients physical, mental or emotional health to the family or agency. Prepared and maintained daily documentation about the clients condition and care provided Communication with family about loved ones is a top priority.
