For the last 2 and a half years I have worked customer service in call centers after sustaining and injury in my last direct care position which prevented me from being able to continue with the company as it was required to be able to apply MANT restraints and I was no longer able. I've worked with demintia and Alzheimer's as well as various developmentAL disabilities.. my first concern is always the health safety and well-being of the people I'm helping care for.
