Elder Care in Calgary, Alberta

I am seeking a part time position where I can utilize and advance my current skills to effectively support residents in a caring, dignified environment, wherever they may be most comfortable. I recently graduated from an accredited Health Care Aide program with Columbia College. During this time I gained experience in a long term care and assisted living setting. I am currently working part time with a quadriplegic in their own home. I am a very quick learner, adaptable, reliable and comfortable in different areas of care such as but not limited to personal care, feeding, bathing, dementia care, lifts and transfers. In previous work experiences I have built professional long term relationships, fulfilled needs and effectively prioritized multiple tasks at a time. I successfully self motivate to get a job complete and can collaborate efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
