I have approximately 4 professional years of experience as a Personal Caregiver. I am currently working in a Residential setting where I am responsible for the safety and well being of 7 male clients. 4 of which are mentally challenged (bipolar,schizophrenia, dementia and cerebral palsy). I also have 3 clients that doesn't suffer from any mental illness but 2 of which are incontenent. My duties are as follows but not limited too, Meal Preparation, Assisting with medication, Scheduling Appointments and Transportation, Daily notes&ADL's and lite housekeeping duties. Throughout my Experience I've also obtained my First-Aid, CPR, Fire Safety certifications and have also become a Med Tech. I have my current TB results (Negative), Clean Back Ground and Letter from my physician. I also have 2 years of Live-in experience (consecutively)
