Elder Care Job in Bastrop, Texas

Job Overview: Hi my name is Pat. I'm seeking an elderly care provider working in Bastrop, Texas. I take care of my Dad that is 90 yrs old and has just starting showing signs of dementia this past month. I'm not sure how much longer I will be comfortable leaving him home alone so I'm looking to see what my options are. Duties: Basically he's 90 years old, his legs are getting weaker and weaker and his balance is not very good at the moment...He had a stroke about 5 yrs ago that effected his speech and motor skills...He's been doing pretty well with all that..He knows exactly what he wants to say but sometimes he just can't get the word out..I would just need someone there to make sure he doesn't fall and help him with getting his meals etc. He dresses himself but is having a little difficulty lately.
