Elder Care in Calgary, Alberta

Hi I’m Paula. I’m in my 40s, English and currently live in France but am coming to live in Canada with my family. I’ve been a managing in home care provider for several years, working through a private health care company based in England. I have experience of caring for people with many conditions and abilities ranging from those who just need a little extra day to day assistance to people who are totally paralysed and/or suffering with dementia. I have experience of working with new clients and their family to set up and implement a new care regimen as well as providing ongoing care. In 2016 I was presented with an award for ‘outstanding person centred care’ by my employer.. I also have a full clean drivers licence I am married with three grown children and a younger teenage daughter who is still at home . I love to bake and am also a keen horsewoman. I have a small herd of four horses that I hope to bring to Canada once my family and I are settled. Although I require sponsorship to obtain a work visa I am available to start that process immediately. I look forward to meeting you!
