My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers/dementia when she was just 60. As a family we deceided to care for her as long as we could in her own home. My father and her had been married for 46 yrs. and were two halves of a whole. He was the brains and she did all the things he couldnt. He died from cancer and she couldnt cope. I moved my mom in with me and she died in my arms 5 yrs. later. I feel that I can offer your loved one the same care and dignity that meant so much for my mom.
