Relevant Skills and Experience:  I am an experienced elderly caregiver with formal training as a nurse and caregiver.  My present and past responsibilities have included: accompanying clients to medical appointments; preparing nutritious meals; grocery shopping; bathing, dressing and personal grooming; performing household-related errands; housekeeping and laundry; changing bed linens; monitoring day-to-day condition of the client; operating a lifting machine; assisting client with in-home dialysis equipment; assisting with administering medication; accompanying clients to activities and day programs; bowel and bladder care; cleaning tracheotomy; managing colostomy bag; catheter care; home nasogastric tube (NGT) feeding; providing care and support to clients with the following conditions:  dementia, alzheimer's, down syndrome, autism; mobility-challenges and operating slings and lifts.
