Hello, my name is Jen . I love tending to those in need, offering both physical and personal care, as well as companionship. I'm an empathetic, enthusiastic, and reliable individual. A nurturer by nature, I take pride in providing the upmost level of care. I have an extensive amount of professional and personal experience caring for those in need of extra attention and compassion. While the majority of my experience is with those with special needs, I have always immensely enjoyed the company of the elderly. This past spring, I helped to care for my father in his final weeks of life. While an emotional challenge, I felt blessed to be able to help ease his suffering, whether that be with personal care, paying special attention to his comfort, or simply providing companionship. I also had an even deeper level of respect for the professionals, who not only took such great care of my father, but also showed extreme compassion and patience with us, the family. It was at this point that I realized I was interested in exploring the option to work with the elderly, and/or those in need of specialized care and compassion due to health issues, chronic illnesses or potentially fatal diseases. I look forward to caring for your loved ones, as well as doing what I can to provide some comfort and peace of mind for his or her family members.
