POSITION TITLE: Caregivers - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) & Home Health JOB DESCRIPTION: Our certified and non-certified caregivers work and develop relationships with seniors and disabled citizens while helping them with personal cares and chores around the home. We make a difference in people's lives by providing supportive services, and encouragement that help our clients remain independent and safe in their home. ROUTINE DUTIES- PERSONAL CARE SERVICES 1. Assistance with medication reminders and personal cares 2. Assistance with walking, transfers, and range of motion exercise 3. Emotional support and motivation through conversation and encouragement 4. Meal planning, preparation, and assistance 5. Assistance with cleaning, errands 6. Companionship REQUIREMENTS 1. Strong communication skills 2. Positive Role Model 3. Experience as a caregiver (Prefered not Required) 3. Reliable transportation (Or way to and from,Not all are on bus line) 4.Willingness to Learn 5. Be Reliable and On time 6.
