Elder Care in Chesapeake, Virginia

I have had a passion for caring for the elderyand those in need since I was younger. My grandmother was diagnosed with a brain aneurism when I was 16 and I had to help care for her and in doing that I knew right then the career path I wanted to take.I did not get certified right away because I was into other things,I wish I had have gotten certified at the moment but I didn't. I officially became certified 2 years ago but have been working private duty for some years without any certification. I decided to further my medical education recently and became a medication aide as well.I also plan to continue going further I would like to also have a degree in occupational therapy so I will be starting school for that soon.I am a very loving and caring person who just loves to help those who can't really help themselves. I would say I'm dependable and reliable and there if anyone needs me.I have good communication skill that I learned in taking education for employment when I was in high school I also graduated high school with a silver certificate in business so I know how to be very professional. I am always willing and eager to learn especially if someone has an easier or more sufficient way to perform a task at hand. I was raised to be compassionate and caring so that's just what I am and I was also raised to be the I can be in anything I do.That pretty much sums me up thank you for the opportunity to present myself to your company
