I am a practising registered nurse in B.C. (registration # 0952913...). The following are the highlights of my qualifications: - More than 20 years international health care experience providing nursing care which covered medical and intensive care. - More than 4 years Canadian working experience as health care assistant for geriatric patients. - Knowledgeable in nursing skills, medical diagnosis and decisions about client's actual and potential problems and completely performs interventions and evaluation of outcomes. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Patient and emphatic in nature; skilled in providing compassionate care to clients and developing trusting relationship with them as well as their families. A present I am working as casual as a nurse in 2 nursing homes and home care. My duties as a nurse covers handling variety of clients such as trauma, surgical recovery, geriatric, special needs and palliative care. I also do IV therapy, blood extraction and monitoring of patients in the dental clinic.
