Private LIVE-IN CAREGIVER needed Agoura Hills family is looking for LIVE-IN HOME care for their elderly 76 year old Father. He is mostly self sufficient, independent and mobile but sometimes needs assistance with walking and moving about due to medical conditions. Provide medication taking/reminders, light housework, driving to appointments, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation. The spacious pool home is located in Agoura Hills, California. Includes private bedroom and bathroom. Includes Room and Board Salary for the right caregiver. Personal time and days off to be arranged. Requirements • Must have at least 2 years professional live-in elder home care experience. • Must have own reliable transportation. • Proof of current car insurance and driver's license • Be able to provide 3 Work and 3 personal References • Must be able to Read, Write & Speak English Fluently • Must be able to live in clients home on a full-time basis. • Must be able to pass background check. • Sorry no pets or smokers allowed in household. Required to perform • Drive clients car to medical appointments, grocery shopping, personal outings and errands. • Light Housekeeping including laundry, dishes and trash. • Plan and cook all meals and snacks. • Companionship/Wellness activities • Monitoring vital signs • Assisting with medication reminders, dispensation and documenting their use when updating health charts. • Keeping daily care notes to inform families, agencies and medical providers of any significant changes in behavior or condition. • CPR certificate preferred. • Personal care assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene if needed.
