Abundant Life Adult Family Home Care is a Limited Liability Company. It is located in 717 Grant St. Tum water Wa, 98512. We have a 24 hour care facility which provides care, home cooked meals and enjoyable activities for the elderly in our community in a pleasant home like atmosphere. Abundant Life Adult Family Home Care, provides; supervision and cutting food when needed, provides assistance with toileting from cuing monitoring to extensive assistance, provides assistance with walking from supervision to one person assist, provides assistance with transferring from supervision to one to two person assist, provides assistance with positioning from cuing to one person assist, provides assistance with personal hygiene from supervision and cuing to one person assist, provides assistance with dressing and bathing from supervision and cuing to one person assist. We will continue to strive for high standards and quality personal care with integrity and dignity to each of our residents. Abundant Life Adult Family Home Care will provide service through nurse delegation, if a resident needs a medication to be administered. We have completed DSHS approved training for the following specialty care designations, such as; Developmental disabilities, Mental illness, Dementia. The home's provider lives in the home, we also have a 24 hour staffing coverage; one Caregiver per shift and the provider. Abundant Life Adult Family Home Care, will accept Medicaid client after six months to two years of private Medicaid pay. We will provide each resident with the list of activities customarily available in the Adult Family Home such as; Exercise, music, reading. Residents are encouraged to participate in activities they most enjoy and also to continue whatever activities they used to enjoy before admission. We will make a reasonable attempt to include specific/personalized activities per resident's request.
