I believe in keeping the elderly population as active as they can be by getting them involved in mental and physical activities to keep their minds sharp and their muscles strong. About me: I am a Native of Tifton with family here. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in English. I have worked with state government and non-profits for over 20 years. I have worked with Daycare children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I am also a certified personal trainer (certified in CPR & First Aid and AED) and have served as an Activity Director for children and adults.
