I am a certified experienced PSW that have been working taking care of persons in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Group Homes and Private Homes. As a Personal Support Worker, I am motivated to help people live active and fulfilling lives by providing support to physically disabled adults and children with activities of daily living and while maintaining clients independence. My duties included: Exercising Bathing, dressing, grooming Administering and assisting with medications. Performing household management duties as assigned Reporting unsafe conditions in client’s homes Participating in the service plan and reported changes in client’s condition Adapting and responding to client’s requirements and wishes while working within the established service plan Preparing and submitted client reports according to established procedure
