Hello my name is Kathy Kardys I moved to Craig Co. 2 year's ago from Texas but I'm originally born and raised here in Colorado. I am a Christian divorced lady. I have 25 year's experience in elderly care. I have worked in Nursing Care Homes, Assistant Living, Independent Living, Some Skilled Nursing Experience, worked in a Doctor's Office and my stronger skill's are Alzheimer's and Dementia Patients or Memory Care. I Love my different job's of helping the older people with their health issues because I feel like if I can make them Happy and Smile each and every day then it also helps me feel good and happy. I Love to learn and listen to their stories. I have worked for quite a few health care agencies and I feel like the best for me is private duty or to work in a Memory Care. I really feel blessed if I can help people to be able to stay in their own home's. I am good at what I do and I go above and beyond to help the elderly. I have good values, morals and respect. I am very caring, honest, truthful, respectable and faithful person. I show empathy and compassion. I also have a perfect criminal background as I took a break from healthcare about 15 years ago and went through the Criminal Law and worked for Texas Department of Criminal Justice for about 2 year's. It was the hardest challenge I ever did. I then decided to go back into elderly care. I am always studying about Alzheimer's and Dementia Care and other studies. Please consider hiring me.
