Working with persons with disabilities (of all ages) is exactly the field of work I want to get into. I would love to get more experience and am really passionate about helping people of all ages!
On top of teaching guitar to adults (as well as children and youth) I worked one on one last year with an adult with cerebral palsy and brain damage who required 24/7 support with feeding, hygiene, housekeeping, and community involvement. I have experience and training with transfers and am totally confident with my abilities in this respect.
