Hello, my name is Lisa, and I'm 49 years old. I was a banker for 14 years. After that I kind of stumbled upon Elder Care, and I LOVED IT!! I'm a very loving, caring, patient and outgoing person. Your loved one will be in excellent hands with me. I sat with one wonderful lady for 4 years until she passed. I still miss her. My brother has ran Nursing Homes most of his Adult Life, so I'm very schooled in things like Alzheimer's disease. And I would use this knowledge should I be sitting with someone who suffers from this. If the person I sit with is house-bound, we could play cards, work a puzzle, talk or just watch their favorite tv shows. If the person is more mobile, we could go for walks, go to the park, go for coffee, whatever they desire if they'd like to get out of the house. I am available to start immediately .
