We had a good team with my boss before he passed away, so i can say people who are not related or not even acquainted can build a harmonious relationship , that made me stayed with my work, it became a passion and not a duty anymore. i worked for a 97-year old veteran with prostate cancer, pacemaker and incontinent who peed on catheter and eventually became bed-ridden and fed through the tube and used mechanical lift for his daily living.
