Elder Care Job in Edmonton, Alberta

We are looking for a person to work about 25 hours per week usually from Monday through Friday. Paula's interests are reading, supervising cooking and house gardening. There are lots of house plants in the house and a number on the deck. We have a new complete apartment on the lower level for the care giver. It will be rented as a separate agreement for $750 per month with all utilities and internet access included. The midday meal would be included by the employer. Paula and her husband Carl are both 76 years old. Carl is in good health and is often out of the house at meetings and other activities. We have a small dog who is hypoallergenic. We live in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. Paula had a stroke 11 years ago and her right side is affected. We are looking for a companion person and help with light housekeeping. We are hoping to find a person who is looking for their own private housing unit and who wants to work part time.
