I am an experienced care giver for men, women or couples whether you are an able elderly person or with some limiting handicaps including using a walker or wheelchair. I can assist you with cleaning, cooking, bathing, getting up and dressing, getting ready for bed, plus all necessary including giving meds and drops, toileting, washing, and bathing. I would also be happy to assist you with your laundry and ironing, bed making, plant watering, interior window washing, shopping or taking you for errands, to church, visiting friends - or any other things you need.I am always happy to help. If required, I can do gardening if you need that too. I also am a certified massage and healing practitioner and can you with your pain and speed healing, and help you relax with a nice massage. I can also teach you some nice easy exercises to do in bed (that's the best part) that will help you to keep your body mobile and safe - which are especially helpful if you need a walker or wheelchair. I am a mature woman, strong and fit and I also have a pretty good sense of humor. I could be your friendly one stop shopping assistant with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude - always ready to do my best to help you.......and I think over time we might become good friends too. I have current Food Safe, CPR and First Aid plus a Criminal Record Check thaat includes working with vulnerable people.
