To the Ainsley family. I have seen your posting on the internet and am very interested in speaking with you. I have had experience working with seniors as you will see by my resume & profile. I worked for one lady for a year - on a part-time basis (living with her for 4-8 days at a time). I am a mature, warm & caring person who loves to work with seniors. I lived in Alliston for several years before coming here to Calgary. I am out of work at present and would be free to return to Ontario asap. My phone number is 587-894-... - I look forward to hearing from you. I have had experience doing live-in care for a handicapped lady with MSA (Multiple Systems Atrophy). She was able to walk when I first started working for her but became wheel-chair bound during my time with her. I was responsible for hygiene, dressing, making meals, doing laundry, some cleaning, meal prep, taking her to medical appts. and on shopping, entertainment, family outings. I was also responsible to make sure she took her medication. I have also had experience working in group homes with severly handicapped children & youth. These children had mental, emotional, & behaviour issues.
