Professional Consultation
The CareGuide@Home™ Professional Consultation service provides an opportunity for members facing choices about:
- Financing increasing care, short or long term medical or custodial care for an elderly loved one
- Implementing recommendations for in-home care
- Increasing level of care received and obtaining caregiver assistance
- Executing power of attorney
- Assessing driving abilities
The care manager completed an in–home evaluation of my parents yesterday and I was very impressed with how she worked with them. Her easy going approach put them at ease and made the whole process go smoothly.
