Facility Review
When an elder is no longer able to live alone safely and independently, alternative living arrangements may have to be considered. The CareGuide@Home™ Facility Review service is designed to assist family and caregivers identify, evaluate and compare the quality of care and services within different types of elder care facilities (i.e., assisted living and skilled nursing facilities) and assist them in preparing for lifestyle changes.
You were able to discuss issues with my parents that I have never been able to, especially with regards to my dad seeing an Alzheimer´s specialist and funeral arrangements. I feel that my sister and I have a clearer picture of what our parents need. Thank you again.
