Care Monitoring & Check-In
CareGuide@Home™ Care Monitoring ensures that the services arranged for the elder are meeting specific needs, while meeting the highest standards of quality. Our Care Monitoring service puts a trained care manager in charge of regularly checking in with the elder to make certain they are comfortable and that their care needs are being taken care of properly. The care manager provides a comprehensive report to the family to inform them of updates, issues or changes in service.
The care manager carefully listened to the needs of my parents (and me) and delivered a solid action plan. Her personality and friendliness allowed her to deal with some very difficult issues we had to discuss in our meetings with my parents.
