Elder Care Job in Thornhill, Ontario

At Bathurst and Steeles, I'm seeking a LIVE IN caregiver for my 90 year old mother who has memory loss dementia. She is mobile, gentle and kind. In addition to conversation and companionship, she needs help with bathing (no lifting required), dressing and personal care (no incontinence). Other duties including light housekeeping and cooking for both of us. We have a dog who is very gentle and well trained. Days off are weekdays only. Any two of Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We are located minutes from TTC and YTC. Position is available at the end of September. In addition to English, my mother also speaks Yiddish and Hungarian. Not necessary to be a nurse or PSW.
