My name is Clara, I am a trustworthy, caring, companionate, understanding, honest, patient, and hardworking person. I have over one year experience working with a senior and seeking employment. I have certifications for CPR/First Aide, and Florida’s mandated “ServSafe” required to receive, store, prepare, cook, and serve food. I will be taking the a Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Course and eventually will be taking the State Exam for CNA Certification soon thereafter. I have worked with a senior for a temporary position and am very interested in continuing this type of employment on a full time basis. My responsibilities were: Assisting with hygiene care, filling and picking up medications to and from pharmacy, provide senior with medication reminders, escort to appointments, groceries errands, escorted her to Senior Activity Center to have senior interaction, purchased, prepared, cooked and served meals, provided emotional support, ensured there was accident prevention, light housekeeping, recreational activities, and updated monthly calendar with all upcoming appointments, activities/events.
