Looking for: Private, Assisted Living or Nursing Home Care 40 hours a week/FULL TIME Shift: Available Day or Evening Shifts including 24 hours (Live-In CLIENT HOME) Days Off: Negotiable Base Pay: DEPENDING ON SERVICES NEEDED -Able to work with Clients TRANSITIONING from Nursing Home Care to Clients Residence. -Able to work with Clients in Hospice or dementia health conditions. -Will be able to accept working with children in need of CNA care. -Working on to Open up my own Adult Family Home. Skills: •Highly skilled health professional with experience in assisted living facilities, nursing home facilities, and private home care environments. •Reliable service focused professional with excellent charting skills such recording blood pressure, respiration, temperature, height and weight, measures and records intake and output medication (delegations) along with basic nursing techniques. •Assisted with telephone triage, appointment scheduling, and medication orders. •Proficient in patient up-to-date documentation/record maintenance/paperwork to ensure accuracy and patient confidentiality. •Assisted residents with ADL (assisted daily living) given with routine care. •Assistance required bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prepping, laundry, transferring, ambulate, housekeeping, as well as observing patient sustaining emotional and social support. •Assist with transportation for appointments, errands, pick up medications, recreational activities, shopping (grocery), etc. •Certified Nurse Assistant who is dependent, caring, and compassionate with competent communication skills both written and verbal who will guarantee a safe and healthy environment for client. Certifications: •TB Test Updated- 08/2012 •Valid Driver's License/ Proof of reliable Auto Insurance •Reliable Form of Transportation •Federal & State Background Check / Finger Printing Approved •Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)- License Washington State •Food Handler's Permit •Nurse Delegations License- State of Washington •Fundamentals (HIV/) Certified •First Aid/ CPR Certified •Medical Billing Certified •AFH (Adult Family Home License)/ HHA (Home Health Aide)- North Seattle Community College Experience: • 6 years working with Private Care Clients • 1 years working with Assisted Living Agency • 5 years experience with Medical Billing
