By becoming part of the Honor network, you will: -Earn $15-$18/hr -Be your own boss and determine your own hours and schedule -Be connected to clients through the Honor network -Have access to Honor’s proprietary technology to better maintain connections with clients -Have opportunities to increase your pay and responsibilities What does an Honor Professional do? -Honor connects home care professionals with clients who need assistance with: -All aspects of personal care (personal hygiene such as skin, mouth, hair care, toileting, showering, dressing, etc) -Activities of daily living -Home management and light housekeeping -Mobility and/or positioning -Meal preparation -Medication adherence -Transportation -Companionship What are the requirements to join the Honor platform? To qualify for participation in the Honor network, professionals must: Have one of the following: -6 months of paid caregiver experience and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) -6 months of paid caregiver experience and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -6 months of paid caregiver experience and Home Health Aide (HHA) -6 months of paid caregiver experience and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) -6 months of paid caregiver experience and Registered Nurse (RN) -No certificate but 2 years of paid caregiver experience -Maintain any existing certification/license -Have CPR and/or First Aid certificate/training -Be able to travel to clients in Contra Costa county -Have valid California Driver's License -Have a car and insurance -Be willing to drive clients -Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility -Successfully pass Honor background check -Show proof of TB test -Show proof of Hepatitis C vaccination To apply to become an Honor Care Professional visit www.....com or call 925-289-... for further information.
