I can sit with your senior in their home, prepare delicious healthy meals, run local errands, provide companionship, take phone messages, give medicine, and help her get around the house and yard. If there is a wheelchair ramp, I'm happy to take her around the block a few times so she can get some fresh air. I can help with PT exercises if I am given clear directions.
