I retired from nursing after 30y. Even as I have retired, I find myself still wanting to be of service to those who want and can remain in their homes. I am not limited to just my medical knowledge. I also provide full/partial assistance with ADLs including housework and cooking. I make every effort to ensure my clients maintain their hobbies and activities in a safe environment. Just because one is gaining years, there is no reason they cannot gain experiences. Nor is their any reason they cannot continue enjoying life and feel as if they are still contributing. It is too often my clients feel as if they are a burden to their loved ones...it is my job to put a smile upon their faces and do the ironing. Your loved ones will not only be taken care of...they will be loved.
