I completed 44 days training as a Personal Support Worker in Valleyview Residence in July 2015. It was such great experience that makes me feel I am fully prepared to work as an independent PSW. I really enjoy working with all the staff, supervisors and clients. My ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations quickly during stressful circumstances are amongst my greatest strengths. Along with my skills and experience, I have personal qualities that make me an excellent Personal Support Worker. I function very well when working as part a team and also work well with limited supervision and direction. I have always demonstrated strong problems solving, crisis management, communication and decision making skills. My professional manner is demonstrated through my thoroughness, punctuality and reliability.
