Hi my name is Lynette and I am a registered who comes from a strong background in the field of nursing. I have managed nursing homes as well as years of hands on care.I have decided to provide alternative options to elderly loved ones and their families. I am doing for those who feel your loved one requires more 1:1 time then a LTC facility is able to provide. Typical scenario is one nurse with 25 or more elderly people they are responsible for.While many LTC facilities provide great care, they cannot offer 1:1 attention.I have seen elderly decline much to often once placed in a nursing home simply due to the lack of staff and individualized care they truly need. I will provide your loved one with hands on 1 to 1 attention and care so you don't have the constant worry of your loved one falling, being toileted,fearful, or not cared for the way they deserve. In addition, I will provide activities, exercise and good old fashioned fun. I will bring them to their appointments, call physician, and provide you updates as often as you wish. They will receive their medication in a timely manner and treatments as needed. I will love them and care for them like my own family. I have solid references available from family and elderly I have provided care for. I am Christian , compassionate , hardworking and honest.
