I have some experience with clients with Alzheimer's and dementia, other experience with elderly includes those with physical limitations, some requiring a mechanical lift.
Having less than a year's experience as a PSW, it didn't take long to realise that everything can be learned, except genuinely caring for those in need. I took a couple of years off after high school to find where my passion lies, and I am working towards becoming a nurse as the next step.
