(ONGOING) JOB PROFILE :-  On spot medical attention for critically ill / injured patients & administers medication, using correct procedures.  Carryout managerial duties in line with the needs of the day functioning of the practice unit including assisting in entry and update Electronic Medical Records, manage records etc.  Maintains intake and output chart.  Observes change in-patients condition and records, takes necessary action and reports to the concerned authority.  Imparts health education to the patient and his/her family and ensures nurse-patient communication/patient education is clear & effective.  Attends to the nutritional needs of the patient.  Maintains clean and safe environment for the patients and provide empathic patient care and treatment.  Handle basic clinical tasks like help doctors in patient care, dressings, checking vitals, glucometer use, phlebotomy, ECG, Wound Care, etc.  Check the height, weight, temperature and BP, give injections and apply bandages vaccine administration, IM/IV/SC injections, etc.  Evaluates and organizes patients care & ensures continuity of care based on patients needs.  Ensures to take inventory of back up medicines, high-alert, instruments, equipments etc.  Ability to handle all patient related emergencies.  Ensure the comfort of patients before, during and after medical procedures
