Elder Care in Thornhill, Ontario

My name is Flora Casuncad, 52 years of age with 12 years experience caring for elderly clients. Caring for the elderly has always been close to my heart for I can see my parents through them. They need special attention and passion to work for them. Patience is also one my few traits. I am dedicated, hardworking and reliable. I provided total care for a female bedridden stroke client with asthma from activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, feeding,bowel care, turning and lifting. For my recent experience, I've cared for a female Alzheimer client with diabetes. You have to watch her for almost 24 hours for she has risk of falling and safety like swallowing cleaning products. She cannot communicate properly and mumble sounds all day long. For ambulation, she doesn't help that much and you have to give all your effort and power.
