I'm a reliable individual who is responsible, considerate & caring. I thoroughly enjoy my position as a health care aide and love the feeling that I get when I know that I have made a positive impact on the people I care for. Young, elderly or whomever needs compoinship, comforting, helping with house hold chores and or any or all of the aides for daily living I can help. Whether it be in a retirement home, hospital or on their in their own home, I can help. My ideal intention is to keep those in their own environment for as long as possible or to help them return home and if necessary assist them in being able to do things on their own to give them.back their independence, confidence and self esteem. I have been a certified HCA since 2010 with one year prior doing my practicum. After becoming certified, I worked souly in a facility in the dementia unit for 2 years and now I work in home care doing a wide variety of chores, respite care and aiding for those who need help in everyday aides for daily living.
