My name is Laura and I am a R.N. and a social worker. I have over twenty years experience providing private duty nursing in the home. My background includes working with premature newborn babies and clients that are post-surgical, post-hospitalization and post-rehabilitation. I have worked with clients that have g-tubes, trac's, ostomy's, diabetes, dementia, mental illness, substance abuse issues and other various medical conditions.I also have over 10 years experience in hospice care. I can provide overnight continuous care. I am also available to travel as needed. I am willing to provide direct nursing care, assessments, companionship, errands services and meal preparation..... fees are extremely reasonable and I am willing to work with families regarding fees.
