Elder Care Job in Waterloo, Ontario

My father is 69 years old and still works full time. He is a well respected professional engineer and very independant mentally and emotionally and even to some extent physically. However, he loses his balance frequently and falls and requires someone to be with him at his home. He wakes up at approximately 5am, leaves the house at 630am to go to work until 330pm. The hours during which he is at work, his caregiver is free and off to do as they wish. Outside of these hours is when he needs assistance (Monday to Friday 530am-630am, 4pm - night, and weekends). Does not require someone to cook for him but someone to help him and ensure that when he is doing his own activities like showering and cooking, he is safe. I believe a livein nanny is most suitable to keep the home clean and assist with walking him to his car in the mornings when he goes to work and other things.
