Elder Care Job in Woodbridge, Ontario

Seeking a female live-in caregiver with more than 2 years of working experience to look after a senior with a terminal disease and physically incapacitated. The senior is unable to speak properly and lost the ability to walk, hence she is using the wheelchair 24/7. Specific skiils to be performed by the employee are as follows: Launder clothing & household linens, Assist the senior with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, Toileting (occasional bowel and urinary incontinence), Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, Provide companionship, Provide personal care, Feed or assist in feeding, Assume full responsibility for household ( in absence of householder), Administer medications, Adminster bedside and personal care, Provide emergency response when required. Please note: Flexible working hours is required according to the senior's needs. Understanding Cantonese is definitely an asset. $14 - $16 per hour for a 40 hour weekly work arrangement
