I am an eclectic therapist with experience in individual, family, couple, and group counseling. Though my favorite techniques used more often are CBT and Solution Focus, I have diligently employed elements from a wide variety of very effective therapeutic techniques with the goal of developing treatment plan that is personally tailored to individual client’s need. I have an excellent track record of successful treatment of several disorders including Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Anger Management, Grief, and Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity (ADHD). My first priority is to create a warm, safe, and compassionate environment to foster trust needed for successful counseling process. My belief that any learned behavior can be unlearned helps me to empower my clients with the tools they need to effectively overcome personal challenges that may interfere with their lives. I collaborate with my clients to help them make positive long lasting changes in their lives and achieve independence in handling their future problems.
