Elder Care Job in Tampa, Florida

My Dad and I are looking to come to Tampa during the 3rd week of March (18th-23rd or so). My dad is a quadriplegic. He has control of his arms but not his fingers/hands. He will mostly need help with his morning routine which takes 3-4 hours. His morning routine consists of his bowel routine as well as showering in his commode chair. His nighttime routine involves getting him into his bed, switching his leg bag for his bedtime bag, and making sure he has his medication and that his wheelchair is plugged in to charge overnight.
