I am certified as an HCA in alberta with honours( now placing under bc certification) as well as have my Early Childhood Education. I have my first aide, criminal check, food safe, and several other certifications that have benefited my career in a field that requires compassion, communication, accuracy and respect. I follow the 7 rights and offer housekeeping, cooking and am flexible to other tasks such as outings and curriculum building to make days fun, positive and tangible . I am organized, ontime and believe in team communication 100% as well as I work independently extremely well. I have taken many courses and training to support special needs and medical issues. I have completed my HCA in Alberta where I graduated with honours. My training and experience has been directed in supporting with compassion, offering independence where able and support where needed. I did my practicum in Edmonton General where lifts, transfers, medical procedures under the codes of an HCA where the strong training for perfection was placed in order. I am fast ,efficient and love being around people.
