Observed patient's conditons, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and reporting changes to professional staff. Fed patient who are unable to feed themselves. Provided patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed. Provided patients care by supplying and emptying bed pans. Bathed, groomed, shaved, dressed, or draped patients to prepare them for surgery, treatment, or examination. Transported patients to treatmemts units, using a wheelchair or stretcher. Collected specimens such as urine, feced, or sputum.
