My volunteer work with adults with developmental disabilities in Edmonton in 2001 enabled me to see that the naturalness of being with people in the careing context was my way. I pursued a career in nursing and am an Australian RN. As a support worker in Edmonton my nursing knowledge and skills have been beneficially utilized in promoting the wellness and improving the quality of life of my clients.
