With an in depth knowledge of specific nutritional needs, using only environmentally friendly products for cleaning and personal care, I provide not just basic care and house work but also a personalised positive pleasant experience. Caring and positive minded I am looking forward to work with environmentally conscious people and to make a difference in their and their family\'s daily life by providing peace of mind and a peaceful and stress free environment. My services include caring for basic needs such as in assisting clients in dressing/undressing, following a specific routine, taking prescribed medication, light cleaning and cooking and assisting in different other needs such as running errands, shopping, walking, talking etc. I possess in depth knowledge of nutrition and in preparing specific meals suited for specific needs and I am First Aid certified. My experience is with senior persons in their house and in retirement home setting.
