I have much experience caring for adults and seniors. I have had 4 clinical placements through Nursing school and am comfortable performing a variety of tasks. I am young, dependable, honest, outgoing, and open-minded. I have had clinical placements through school in Long term care, Mental health, child health, and adult health acute care. I have experience with strokes, hydrocephalus, congestive heart failure, wound care, severe allergies, dementia, alzheimers, epilepsy, pre-op and post-op care, autism, diabetes, and many others. I have administered medications including insulin, tested blood glucose levels, inserted male and female catheters, supervised and assisted with mobility, performed showers and bed baths, performed oral care, and assisted with Physiotherapy, and much more.
