Elders deserve care the most and high respects are to be given to them for the reason that they have been through a lot in life that we haven't been through yet, meaning, they are the best teacher to the young generation. I for one have so much respect for elders. I finished a Caregiver Course for Child/Elderly and Housekeeping for six months in the Philippines which is in accordance with the requirement of the Embassy of Canada for the Live-in Caregiver Program. I only have experience in elderly care rendered to my mother with brain cancer for 2 years and my grandmother of broken hip bone for 1 year. I also have a sister who is a nurse here in Calgary ad she is willing to train me regarding elderly care so that I will be more equipped and updated with the procedures in terms of clinical handling.
