I am very personable and love caring for children, adults and seniors of all ages. I am hard working, detail-oriented and responsible. I have many years of experience caring for others, as well as significant experience managing budgets, multi-tasking, volunteering and planning various types of activities. I have been a volunteer with Girl Guides of Canada for over 24 years and English is my first language. I have a very flexible schedule that would allow me to accommodate your needs. I am also willing to take any additional training that may be required. I look forward to meeting you! I have multiple years of experiencing caring for adults and seniors in a variety of contexts. These include personal senior care for many family members and years of volunteering with seniors both within their homes and at long-term care and respite facilities. Duties provided during these experiences have included personal care (e.g., bathing, teeth brushing, etc.), meal planning/preparation, general activities (crafts, walks, etc.), general housekeeping, basic medical care (e.g., medicine, first aid) and errands (e.g., medical appointments, groceries). I have also provided additional care in hospital settings for adults with more acute medical conditions. I am a natural caregiver and receive a great deal of satisfaction from helping others.
